Active Temporary Services, Inc. (Active) respects the privacy of all users of this site and has implemented procedures in order to comply with the various national and local privacy laws. Active maintains the privacy and security of the personal information of our clients and applicants.

Employment Inquiries
Users interested in becoming employees of Active may complete an online form. During this process, users may be asked to give their contact information (such as name and email address), education, work history. Users may also attach a resume. This information is used only for internal purposes or to contact the user. Active will never share specific individual information about a user without that user's consent.
Request for Services
We request information from the users during the online request for temporary services. The request does not constitute a contract for such service(s) and in no way holds either the user or Active liable for delivery of the service(s). During the process, users must provide contact information (like name, company name and address). This information is used soley for internal information purposes and to enable us to begin work on the order and to contact the customer. An Active representative will contact the customer and receive authorization from the customer before any order is filled. Active does not share individual or company information with any other entity.
Users may complete add an e-mail address to our distribution list in order to receive notifications on promotions, news or events that may be useful to the user or enhance the service relationship that Active maintains with the user. E-mail submission is strictly voluntary and a user may revoke the continued distribution to such e-mail address at any time by written or electronic notice. Removal of e-mail addresses from distribution lists will be performed within a reasonable time period. This information is used only for internal purposes and Active will never share e-mail addresses with outside users.
Cookies
Cookies are pieces of data sent to users' computers when they visit a website to make their visit to the site easier or more interesting.
